Staff were incredibly friendly, got a sweet upgrade to a room with a killer view, and the location rocks - close to everything touristy and loads of food joints! The comfy beds made us sleep like queens, and the fast wifi was a cherry on top, making chilling in the room a breeze 😊. Only downside was, one elevator was out of service, so had to take the tiny ones or the stairs during busy times - not a huge deal though!

Omg, 🤩 the location was amazing! close to ground zero and wall street, plus the metro. Breakfast was 👌, but room size was a bummer. Service was great though, and staff so kind!

As a frequent traveler, the proximity to the airport is always important, and I found it convenient that LaGuardia Airport is only 20 km away, making my departure hassle-free.

The cleanliness in the hotel was a letdown. The issue with the toilets was particularly bothersome, as they did not flush well and often required multiple attempts, leading to some splashing and inconvenience.

I loved the hotel, it's recently renovated and the location is best possible near to everything. Great stay, as always.

This was my second stay at Four Points and it exceeded my expectations. the location in the Financial District was perfect, just a short walk to the World Trade Center and the Staten Island Ferry. the hotel has a small plaza where you can relax and enjoy a drink, which is a rare find in Manhattan. the nearest subway hub, Fulton Street, is only a few minutes away. the AC in the room was efficient, keeping the room pleasantly cool without turning it into a freezer. the staff was friendly and helpful, despite the busy atmosphere. the hotel is within walking distance of many attractions, such as Chinatown, Little Italy, the 911 Memorial, piers. Our room on the 8th floor was quiet, with no street noise at all. the room itself was lovely, with comfortable beds and a nice-sized bathroom. I had requested roses and bubbly for my wife, and the room was beautifully decorated with balloons, rose petals, and a heart-shaped arrangement.
