The location of Four Points by Sheraton New York Downtown is unbeatable, just a five-minute walk from the New York Stock Exchange. The rooms are compact but offer modern amenities and furnishings, and mine had a "better" view. The 24-hour business center was convenient for work, and the complimentary Wi-Fi made staying connected hassle-free.

The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, and after being moved to a different room, the remote control did not work. Despite the minor inconvenience, the staff's response was prompt and understanding.

I liked spending my time in this clean good budget hotel. It had very central location close to Liberty Park.

This hotel was absolutely mind-blowing for our stay! The location was super convenient, allowing us to easily explore all the major attractions in downtown Manhattan. The close proximity to subway stations made it a breeze to get around the city. The staff were jaw-droppingly AMAZING, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed, including a bar fridge upon request. The welcoming reception made us feel right at home. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily walk to Ground Zero, the Brooklyn Bridge, and the World Trade Centre. The issue with noise from a neighboring room was swiftly resolved by the professional staff, who relocated us to ensure our peace and quiet. We highly recommend this hotel as a fantastic base for sightseeing. The daily happy hour from 4pm-7pm was an awesome bonus.

This was my second stay at Four Points and it exceeded my expectations. The location in the Financial District was perfect, just a short walk to the World Trade Center and the Staten Island Ferry. The hotel has a small plaza where you can relax and enjoy a drink, which is a rare find in Manhattan. The nearest subway hub, Fulton Street, is only a few minutes away. The AC in the room was efficient, keeping the room pleasantly cool without turning it into a freezer. The staff was friendly and helpful, despite the busy atmosphere. The hotel is within walking distance of many attractions, such as Chinatown, Little Italy, the 911 Memorial, piers, Battery Park, Wall Street, and the Financial District. Our room on the 8th floor was quiet, with no street noise at all. The room itself was lovely, with comfortable beds and a nice-sized bathroom. I had requested roses and bubbly for my wife, and the room was beautifully decorated with balloons, rose petals, and a heart-shaped arrangement. It was more than I expected, and it was clear that someone had put in a lot of effort to make our stay special.
